Our transportation services are available to clients enrolled in Minnesota waiver programs like CADI waivers, and referred by care coordinators or social workers. Once a referral is submitted, we take care of scheduling and assign a trained driver to provide safe, timely, and respectful rides to medical and community appointments—making the process easy and reliable for everyone involved.
