Our services are available to clients enrolled in the CADI waiver or similar home and community-based programs, referred by case managers or care coordinators.
We provide non-emergency, non-medical transportation for clients. This includes rides to community activities, social events, shopping, and other essential outings outside of urgent medical appointments.
Yes, we serve the 7-county metro area and surrounding communities throughout Minnesota.
We recommend scheduling rides at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability. However, we do our best to accommodate urgent or last-minute requests when possible.
Rides are scheduled through referrals by your care coordinator or case manager. Once we receive your referral, we handle the rest of the scheduling.
Yes. All drivers undergo background checks and receive specialized training to provide respectful, safe, and compassionate service.Do you provide transportation outside the 7-county metro area?
While we specialize in CADI waiver transportation, we also serve individuals on other waivers or programs, as long as transportation is an approved service. If you're unsure about eligibility, we’re happy to work with your case manager to find out.
We try to provide consistency whenever possible, especially for recurring trips. While we can’t always guarantee the same driver, all of our team members are trained to deliver the same level of care, professionalism, and respect every time.
